Regular physical activity also plays a crucial role in managing hormonal health, as exercise increases insulin sensitivity and reduces cortisol levels.

Stress management techniques such as mindfulness, meditation, or yoga can also be effective in lowering cortisol and breaking the cycle of cravings. Ensuring adequate sleep is another vital factor, as poor sleep can disrupt the hormonal signals that regulate appetite, further perpetuating cravings.

Overall, understanding the hormonal imbalances behind constant food cravings can empower individuals to take action in managing their appetite in a healthier way. By addressing these physiological drivers, individuals can work towards finding balance in their eating habits, ultimately fostering a more sustainable lifestyle.
